Purchases Made In-Store
We welcome in-store returns within seven days of purchase. ONDA will uphold a money back guarantee and we invite our customers to work with the sales team in creating an individualized self-care routine.
Purchases Made Online
We are excited to extend ONDA’s reach across the globe, and ship domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are waived for domestic orders over $100 and for international orders over $200. ONDA offers standard shipping via USPS Priority Mail within the United States and First Class shipping globally.
As we deliver using a third party carrier, we unfortunately cannot guarantee fragile items will be handled with perfect care. If you receive an item that is broken or severely damaged, please let us know within 48 hours and send us images of the package, along with a detailed description of its contents. Refunds, accommodations, or store credit will be considered on a case by case basis. Please do not discard the packaging and have patience as processing claims may take up to 7-10 business days.
